Papon Ratanachaikanont, True’s executive assistant to the CEO, brand and communication management, said the store’s design aimed to blend the best in technology with the goal of increasing people’s happiness under a Thai lifestyle. It would serve as a place of inspiration underpinned by the concept of change.
The new thinking for the True Branding Shop is founded on five concepts.
The first concept is described as to “To Live … Change”. This relates to the age of the Internet of things, with the use of connected devices and gadgets from all over the world.
The second is “To Learn ... Change”. This comes in response to the Thailand 4.0 technology strategy with the Digital Park Stadium, a new inspiration area. Participants can join workshops with leading businessmen and inspirational creators who will share their knowledge and experiences.
The third concept is “To Serve ... Change”. Customers can enjoy the highest standards of service from TrueSphere.
Next is “To Sip ... Change”. Customers can enjoy great coffee with VR Cafe by TrueCoffee along with virtual reality experience from Samsung's virtual reality technology.
Finally, “To…Entertain Change”. This bundles all the entertainment experiences through the TrueID application, a digital media platform the company says is the most fully integrated entertainment content centre.
