The Millennium Hilton Bangkok has launched a 'Brunch on the River' promotion at Flow


The Millennium Hilton Bangkok has launched a “Brunch on the River” promotion at Flow, with a huge selection of exotic cuisine and wines from distant lands.
Signature items at Flow include sea scallop; goose leg confit, glazed with lemon and potato cream; and slow roasted lamb loin, eggplant and thyme emulsion. From Prime, enjoy roast prime rib; prime beef tartar; veal Orloff; truffle fondue; and Italian soubise.
 The brunch costs Bt1,999 net per person. Add Bt1,000 for a free flow of fine wines and sparkling wines.

Look to Lok Wah Hin
All this month, Lok Wah Hin Chinese Restaurant of the Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square is ideal for all the carnivores who love to relish their fix of protein in traditional provincial Chinese flavours. Elephant feast
Blue Elephant Bangkok restaurants has unveiled the “Art of Thai Cuisine” menu this month to celebrate the 109th anniversary of its heritage-listed mansion on Sathorn Road.
The six-course menu highlights Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe’s favourite creations: Laab Salmon, Lamb or Wagyu Beef Massaman, Grouper with Black Bean Sauce and Forgotten Husband Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves to name some of the delectable selections available.
This fine-dining menu, priced at Bh2,400-plus including a glass of Champagne, is available until September 30. Interestingly, the dishes showcased in this menu have been served to several visiting foreign dignitaries such as former Presidents George Bush and Vladimir Putin taking Thai cuisine to an international level.
