Fresh right from the ocean, a selection of plump, juicy New Zealand and Black Atlantic Mussels can be enjoyed alongside a variety of clams with sauce and condiments. Other highlighted dishes include white wine and tomato-steamed mussels and grilled clams with lemon-garlic oil as well as more creative variations that sees them sauteed with peanut and spring onion butter. A premium selection of seafood specialities straight from the grill and delicious desserts are also on offer.
The Clams & Mussels dinner is priced at Bt2,100 per person and is available every Friday and Saturday throughout September and October.
