Labour Minister Suchart Chomklin said on Friday that he had ordered the Social Security Office to pursue legal action against individuals who might have violated the conditions of the government’s latest subsidy scheme by offering cash without exchange of goods or service.

Workers under social security can change their hospitals to receive medical services from December 16 until March 31, 2021, Social Security Office secretary-general Thossaphol Kritwongwiman said, adding that they can also avail of medical services up to six months after their social security status expires.
